SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed immediately upon receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.  We typically complete and ship within 7-10 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

Most print orders take approximately 5-7 days to complete. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@deanndesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We require a physical address to deliver your order, so please do not use a P.O. box as your shipping address.
