HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We make each deluxe print when it is ordered. We typically complete and ship within 7-10 business days.

 

HOW  WILL MY LIMITED EDITION PRINTS SHIP?

We ship each limited edition prints in its own reinforced 18 x 24 in flat media mailer.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will email you tracking details as soon as your order is headed your way!
 

DO YOU SHIP to P.O. Boxes?

No. We require a physical address to deliver your order, so please do not use a P.O. box as your shipping address. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. Currently, we only ship in the United States.

 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

We create each piece on demand, and specifically for you!  Since we don't store inventory, returns cannot be accepted. Please be certain of your choices before you place an order, as all sales are FINAL. We appreciate your understanding.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?

We do our utmost to ensure that your prints and merchandise are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact shipping@shopartofmarkharris.com with your order number for further instructions.

 

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ITEM?

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shipping@shopartofmarkharris.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
